Valley Mall Display

The photos below are of the IESS display at the Valley Mall on Saturday, February 17, 2001

According to reports, this method of exposing the public to our hobby was very successful.  The video "Endless Lift" was played endlessly, which generated continual interest. Many folks stopped by to talk. Shaun noted with interest that persons of the female gender were some of the most curious and inquisitive. About 100 pamphlets were passed out.

You can see from the photos that a wide variety of colorful models were displayed, which certainly did much to generate attention.

Many thanks to Shaun Hawley for organizing the event.  Likewise, thanks to those who sacrificed a portion of their Saturday to help out.  In addition, kudos to those who risked their models for the sake of promoting the club.
